Refund policy
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please contact us using the contact form
within 7 days of receiving your order.
All goods returned to us must be in perfect condition with the product packaging undamaged, using the original boxes & packaging. Please do not tape multiple boxes together. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We recommend that you use insured registered or tracked delivery and keep the receipt to cover yourselves under the circumstance of lost post.
Failure of the items being returned to us in their original state, function and purpose will result in us being unable to refund you.
Once items are received back to us as per above we can then refund you minus the original postage cost and any courier charges if requested, or process an exchange. For all damaged or faulty goods, a full refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 working days (14 days) to show up in your account.
All handmade are non refundable.
